Be assured you will be most welcomed by the local players, and as a bowler and responsible for the condition of the greens, I can say that I like to keep the playing conditions at their best.
For those not playing bowls there is plenty to visit and enjoy in the Algarve. You can visit historical sites, unspoilt countryside, museums and fishing villages, or maybe explore the Algarvean wines and cuisine. There is no better place than the Algarve for year round golf.
